The pilot assessment of the online self-evaluation tool has started on February 2023: the online tool developed in the previous months was finalized and given to the project partners to start with this new phase under the coordination of FLA.

A webinar presenting the tool was held on February 9 for European associations and clusters operating in the furniture sector, which welcomed the opportunity to support companies in their network in testing the tool. 10 entities from 7 different Countries were involved in spreading the tool and supporting the companies in the self-evaluation of their level of readiness for implementing CSR / Shared Value practices, in cooperation with FLA and AMBIT, partners of the project.

Here is the list of the entities:

  • AMPR – Romanian Furniture Manufacturing Association (Romania)
  • BKDMP – Bulgarian Branch Chamber of Woodoworking and Furniture Industry (Bulgaria)
  • Cluster Legno Arredo Casa FVG (Italy)
  • COSMOB (Italy)
  • DID – Distretto Interni Design (Italy)
  • Fabunio -Hungarian Furniture Federation (Hungary)
  • IPRA MEDEF (France)
  • Irish Wood and Interior Network (Ireland)
  • WIC – Wood Industry Cluster (Slovenia)
  • WOODWIZE (Belgium)

During the process of self-evaluation, the companies will benefit of the support of these sectoral entities and their knowledge of the Guide content and of the online tool. The outcomes of this process will be collected in cards, one for each company involved, and a summary of them will be translated to the 10 EU languages.

The online tool will be released and made publicly available at the end of March 2023 on FurnCSR website.
